I never used to have the motivation to train or improve myself. However, once I got a taste of victory, I knew what it feels like when hard work and dedication pay off – that feeling of being extremely proud of yourself. I felt like I had really accomplished something.
The Motivational Kick
There are, of course, days where I struggle with motivation and need to work harder in order to stay on top of my training. At times like this, I try to draw energy from past moments and look at all that I have achieved so far. Whether it’s the health aspect or the fact that I feel more comfortable in my body, by becoming aware of these facts, I reach a whole new level of energy that keeps me moving forward.
A Change for Life
Not only has my attitude towards fitness and sport changed dramatically, but so has the basis of my diet. Since then, I notice the positive effects this change has had on my body every day. I am convinced that Fitness has changed my life for the best and can only recommend for everyone to give it a try.
